Enhancing Roleplay with New Chat Commands on Project Vista

Attention, officers of Project Vista! We’re rolling out an update that's set to revolutionize the way you interact with characters and vehicles during your patrols. With our latest suite of chat commands, accessing critical information has never been quicker or more intuitive.

/namecheck (or /nc for short)

Ever wondered if the character you’re interacting with has a record? Our new /namecheck command allows you to specify a character's name and instantly pull up their profile, displaying essential information such as wanted level, arrest records, occupation, and license status. This real-time data provides a deeper level of immersion and helps you make informed decisions on the fly.

Example Command: /namecheck JohnDoe

/platecheck (and /pc)

Vehicle registration checks are a staple of law enforcement, and with /platecheck, you can ensure that every plate gets run accurately. Remember: a vehicle must be registered to a character for results to show. Treat any unregistered plates like invalid registrations—it’s all part of the experience.

Example Command: /platecheck 4XYZ123

RADAR Linked to BOLOs

We've now fully integrated RADAR with BOLOs (Be On the LookOut). Create a BOLO with a license plate, and any officer with an active radar will get an alert if they encounter the vehicle. This feature is LIVE in the server and is a game-changer for tracking persons of interest.

Highlight of the Update:

  • Immediate BOLO Alerts: With every BOLO you set, the information will flash across all active radars for one hour, ensuring maximum coverage and response time.
  • Visit the LEO Panel: Head over to the Law Enforcement Panel now to start creating BOLOs with license plates. Make the most of this feature to keep your operations sharp and effective.

In a dynamic world like Project Vista, staying updated with the latest tools is key to maintaining law and order. These new features are tailored specifically for our law enforcement community, building on previous updates and your feedback.

Stay vigilant and informed—head to the LEO Panel today and start setting those BOLOs. Let's make Project Vista a safe and engaging environment for all role-players!

Happy patrolling!
