Hello California Roleplay Community!

Get Connected NOW: https://vista.cali.network

Initial Launch & Stability Focus

During our initial launch, we rolled out the Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) Panel with basic dispatching capabilities. This was a strategic move to ensure platform stability, a cornerstone for an immersive roleplay experience. Yes, we encountered some initial connection issues, but our team swiftly addressed these, showcasing our commitment to a stable and reliable platform.

Character Creation Live - More to Come!

We're excited to announce that character creation is now live! Every player can now create a character, complete with background details. Soon, you'll be able to edit these characters, adding layers like Job Titles and Citizenship status – vital for those engaging in ICE-type roleplays.

Case Management & Comprehensive Training

The next exciting feature on the horizon is Case Management. We're currently training department coordinators, who will then pass this knowledge to high command and their officers. This ensures that when we launch this feature, it will be used effectively and enhance the roleplay experience.

All-in-One System: CaliGarage & More

Looking ahead, we're integrating CaliGarage back into the system, making ProjectVista a one-stop solution for everything related to California Roleplay - from CAD and character management to vehicle management, staff reports, gang dashboards, and much more.

Your Feedback Matters

We understand some community members were hoping for a full feature rollout from day one. Our approach is to test and refine each component, ensuring a robust system for all. Your feedback is crucial in this process. Please use https://feedback.cali.network to report bugs, suggest features, or vote on ideas. Your input is invaluable in shaping ProjectVista into the perfect system for our community.

Self-Dispatch vs Dispatch Mode

A notable feature in ProjectVista is the distinction between Self-Dispatch and Dispatch Mode. In Self-Dispatch, all officers can view and assign themselves to 911 calls for the first 60 seconds, fostering a dynamic response environment. In Dispatch Mode, dispatchers and supervisors have greater control over call assignments, detachments, and closures, ensuring efficient resource management.

Vanity Plates & Heat Map: Coming Soon!

We're also excited to announce the upcoming introduction of Vanity Plates. Each player can reserve up to 25 unique plates, adding a personalized touch to their roleplay experience. Plus, stay tuned for our innovative heat map feature, which will display live player locations and active 911 calls, aiding in strategic positioning and response.

The Future: AI Dispatch and More

The future of ProjectVista includes the integration of AI dispatch, leveraging sound technology to auto-route or suggest the nearest units to 911 calls. This is just a glimpse of the AI-driven features we plan to incorporate, enhancing the backend systems and overall roleplay realism.

Stay Informed & Engaged

We encourage everyone to stay connected through our Discord channel for the latest updates and announcements. Your involvement and feedback are what will drive ProjectVista forward in this BETA phase.

Together, let's make ProjectVista not just an advanced CAD system, but a living, evolving platform that truly revolutionizes the GTA V Roleplay world.
